We are pleased to announce that version 15.15.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.

Project Management

Project List

  • The Download button that exported the project list has been removed along with the download option drop-down. 
  • The Download Project List action has been added to our project list bulk actions. It will download the project list as a CSV with the same columns as the Project List. Only selected projects will be included in the CSV. 

Document List

  • The Download Document List action has been added to our document list bulk actions. It will download the document list as a CSV with the same columns configured in the document list. Only selected documents will be included in the CSV. 



  • Sorting by column no longer adds back removed targets from the target filter. 
  • Bulk actions and selecting pagination arrows no longer reset filters.

Workflows

  • Updating a workflow on a project works as expected when a user is both a project owner and workflow owner. 
  • We added a new cost setting to custom phases that allows users to automatically populate the Billable Hours column in the Cost and Invoice report with time from the timer system. If this setting is enabled, the modal that collects hours worked when a phase is marked complete will not appear. 



  • We have renamed "Shared Managers" to "Project Owners" for clarity on the Project tab of the Setup phase. 



  • A "send download interim translation callback" option has been added to the "call project callback URL" action. If selected, the new download_interim_translation callback will be sent to the corresponding project callback URL rather than the target callback.  

Exceptions Dashboard

  • Documents, targets, and phases with a pending due date are only excluded from the Past Due and Missing Due Dates tabs of the Exceptions Dashboard. 
  • We resolved an issue that prevented documents, targets, and phases missing due dates from showing up in the Exceptions Dashboard.

TM Units

  • We have added the ability to display whitespace characters in the TM Units page. 



  • Instead of completely removing inline tags from view when you select Hide inline tags we now leave a small green icon so that users will never miss that there is a tag in the segment, but still be able to keep tags from taking up too much space.

New Workbench (Beta)

  • Yiddish displays RTL as expected. 
  • The 'refused to connect' error in the Source URL context viewer has been resolved. 

API

  • We have created a new callback type download_interim_translation that should be used by integrators to know when to download translations before the target status is COMPLETE. When the translation workflow completes, the interim translations should be overwritten by the completed translation. 
  • We added a new API5 endpoint GET /document/{id}/latest-version to give integrators the ability to find the current version of a document if all they have is the document UUID of a previous version of the document.
