Project List Actions

Individual Actions

To act on a single project, select the vertical ellipses at the end of the project’s row. You will see a list of available actions for that project.

Bulk Actions

  • To perform a bulk action on multiple projects, first, select the projects you wish to affect. You can do this by:

    • Manually clicking the select box at the far left of the row.

    • Selecting the bulk select box in the column header. Clicking on this box will select and deselect all projects on the page. After all your projects are selected on the page you are viewing; you will see an option to select all filtered results across all pages.

Mark Complete/Mark Active

  • This action is available individually or in bulk.

  • You can change the project status whenever you want.

  • Tasks belonging to a completed project are not visible to linguists, so you should not mark a project complete if there is active work.

Request Quote

  • This action is only available for scoped projects.

  • When the action completes, a zip file will download that contains a rolled up PDF quote and a corresponding Cost Report.

  • The total cost of the project is broken down in the PDF by language pair, language service provider, and phase name.

Run Quality Report

Download Project List

  • This action will generate a CSV “copy” of the selected rows on your project list.

  • All the columns and information visible when you run the report will be included in the downloaded CSV.

  • You can select rows across all pages.

Delete

  • This will permanently delete the project.

  • This action can only be taken on one project at a time.

  • The project must not contain any documents for it to be deleted. Any documents in the project must be deleted or moved to a new project.

  • You can also see this action in the Project Summary, but only when the project doesn’t have any documents.

Other Project-Level Actions

When you open a project, you can take the following actions by selecting the Project Summary Actions drop-down. These project-level actions will be taken on the entire project's contents, unless otherwise specified, without you selecting any document.

Completing Projects

Continuous Projects

You can complete a continuous project at any point, regardless of its progress. When you complete a project all its phases will be hidden from the linguist.

Scoped Projects

Scoped projects cannot be completed until their progress equals 100%. Once you complete the project, your actions are limited since the job is complete.
