We are pleased to announce that version 15.24.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today. With this release, we are proud to announce our Lingotek Inside connector can upload Contentful entries and assets. 

Project Management

Roles and Permissions

  • Vendor Project Managers cannot adjust phase's check-out assignments not assigned to their organization.

Translation Memory

  • Specific format tags, when saved into the translation, weren’t being stored correctly in the database. Resulting in some Exact 100% matches preventing a task from being marked completed. We fixed the saving process and repaired all affected TM Units.

Workbench

Resolved Issues

  • Hidden segments prevented the Document Viewer from displaying all segments in the task.  
  • For specific document formats, the unapplied tag count shown in the Info Bar wasn’t accurate.
  • Right-to-left languages were not displaying right to left in the Context Viewer. 

Intelligence Dashboard

New Charts

  • Average Quality Score – See the average quality score of all scored targets over time. 



  • Percent with Passing Grade – See the percent of scored targets that received a passing grade. 

UI Improvements

  • The color scheme has been updated on the Documents Completed and Target Processed Words charts to help users quickly identify late documents and targets. 



  • The "Completed" label has been updated to "Missing Due Date" on the Documents and Target Processed Words charts for clarity. 
  • We improved the hover label to display the total number of documents and processed words and the break-down of their completion status.

Quotes

  • The TMS will not display quoted costs in the amount column on skipped custom phases.

Marketplace

Contentful

  • Connect Marketplace to your instance of Contentful and use our extension to request and monitor translations in the Lingotek TMS. The Contentful connector supports:
    • Entries
    • Assets
    • Rich text fields (RTF)
    • Hyperlinks in RTFs
  • Other Contentful-specific features included in this initial release:
    • We automatically send translateable media fields to the TMS for translation when the entry is sent for translation.
    • Display the entry and asset ID in the Lingotek Inside extension. 
    • Filter entries by content type ID. 
    • Filter assets by file extension. 
    • Display the content type ID on the entries tab. 
    • Display the asset's file extension on the asset tab. 
    • Display the Contentful status (Draft, Published, and Changed) of the entry and asset. 

Support for Generic Locals

  • Eloqua, Confluence, Contentful, and Marketo support the generic locales we released in 15.17.0.
