Project Management

Resolved Issues

  • Changing any document setting prompted the user to provide a reason for changing the document due date, even if the due date was not changed.

  • Disabled users were getting email notifications when assigned to a phase, included in workflow email notifications, or tagged in a segment.

Workflows

  • We have added a Document Created addressee for workflow notifications. This allows the document creator to be notified automatically of relevant milestones.

Marketplace

Marketplace Application

  • We have removed the “Enable subscriptions that are owned by other users of this community” option in the settings.

    • A new User Management panel has been added to your product’s settings.

    • The owner of that product can give access to other community members with access to the Marketplace app.

    • No one but the owner can make changes to the product settings.

    • Everyone who currently has the “Enable subscriptions that are owned by other users of this community” option enabled has been added to all the products in their community.

  • The Marketplace connectors have been improved to use the new parameters in the PATCH /document call released in 15.33.0. When a document is updated, it will use the current settings in the translation profile to determine which project, workflow, and document filter should be used for the new version of the document.

Contentful

  • Contentful documents failed to upload if In-Context Translation was enabled but did not include a preview URL.
