Marketplace Connectors

Marketplace Extension

• Our Marketplace extension has been enhanced to improve stability and performance.
• Choose any language locale to be used for your source locale in your connector. 
• We have replaced the disassociate action with cancel. We strongly recommend you use the cancel action instead of the delete action. 
  • This will break the association between content in your CMS and the TMS just like the disassociate action. However, it will cancel the document and its targets in the TMS instead of allowing work to continue in the TMS. 
  • You can re-upload that document to the TMS, but it will be uploaded as a new document. 

  • You can choose to cancel individual targets without cancelling the entire document.

    Cancelling a target puts that target in a completed state in the TMS. You cannot restart a cancelled target. You would need to cancel the entire document and then reupload that document for translation a second time to start the translation for that target again. 

• We have added a new 'Downloading' status to our Marketplace connectors. 

Eloqua

• We resolved an issue preventing all source content from displaying for a specific content type if there is a large amount of content to display. 
• We now cache content and information to improve stability and performance. 
• All content is shown when you remove search criteria as expected. 
• We have improved the user experience for switching between content types.

Marketo

• Translations for forms can be downloaded from the TMS as expected. 
• We now cache content and information to improve stability and performance. 

Zendesk

• Articles status will no longer be revert to "edited" incorrectly. 
• Target status no longer changes to Pending when the source is reuploaded.
