We are pleased to announce that version 16.13.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.
Project Management
Document List
We changed the logic behind our Approve All feature. Previously, Approve All would only approve translations in the previous phase. Now, Approve All looks through all previous phases until it finds the latest saved translation in the workflow.
We fixed an issue with the smart selector that affected the total document and filtered results counts if the project had more than 1,000 documents.
Target List
We improved the paused phase experience.
We overwrite the progress bar with the word “Paused” to indicate the phase progress is locked.
Hover over the paused label to see who paused the phase.
Clicking on the paused label unpauses the phase so work can resume.
Status changes will not automatically unpause a phase with the exception of automatically skipping or canceling if the phase is past its due date.
Task List
We have made minor changes to the look and feel of the task list.
We have improved the performance and stability of the task list.
Workflow
Add variables to your customized email notifications by clicking on them in the variable list.
You can add variables for all secondary document metadata fields in your email notifications.
User Management
Existing users are successfully invited into new communities if the community settings allow it.
Workbench
Find and Replace
We have improved the look and feel of the find and replace tool.
The find and replace tool works on saved and unsaved translations.
Quality Management
Quality Report
You must select one or more projects to run a quality report from the project list.
We improved the stability of the quality report.
Marketplace
Marketo
We have improved our support of free-form landing pages.
Our extension notifies you if the connection doesn’t have the required permissions to localize Marketo content.
API4
Our API response aliases usernames in the
getUsers
call based on the logic described here.
