Global Find and Replace

Task List

  • We added the “Source Words” and “Weighted Words” columns to the Time Card Report.

  • We fixed an issue preventing users from adding a star to their tasks.

  • We fixed the require review filter, which was preventing users from seeing their assigned tasks.

Document Import/Export

  • The following file types are now automatically detected and associated with a document format in our system.

    • Extension .vtt is associated with the SUBTITLE_RIP format.

    • Extensions .adoc and .asciidoc are associated with the MARKDOWN format.

  • We resolved an issue preventing users from uploading videos with their SRT files in certain circumstances.

Translation Memory

  • We created a new action that searches for and deletes duplicate translation memories from a vault.

  • Search text in TM results is highlighted even if the user navigates to a different page in the results.

Workflows

  • Users can add multiple glossaries to the same workflow template as expected.

  • MT engines will automatically apply tags without user input (if the MT engine can apply format tags). We removed the option to apply tags from the workflow and manual MT actions.

  • The system will automatically lock translations uploaded in bilingual files. We updated the “propagate locked segments” action to let you control if the workflow propagates locked translations from bilingual files to other phases.

User Experience

  • Hover over the document name in the info bar to expose an action that allows you to quickly copy the document name and UUID.

Marketplace

New Status

  • We have added a GONE status to all Marketplace connectors. This status is triggered if the document or targets have been deleted or archived in the TMS.

    • The relationship between the source and translated content in the third-party tool is maintained.

    • You can hover over the content and see what status it was in when it was deleted or archived.

    • You can easily upload the source file as a new document whenever necessary.

Marketo

  • Landing page metadata tags are localized as expected.

  • We have improved how the connector uploads translations of guided landing pages to Marketo.

  • Templates are no longer automatically uploaded when you upload emails or landing pages. Translated emails and landing pages are associated with the source asset’s template, not a translated template.
