We are pleased to announce that version 12.11.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.


Task List

  • We have added a 'smart selector' to the Task List, which allows a user to easily select all tasks on the current page or across all pages, for the purposes of executing bulk actions on the selected tasks.

Dynamic Scheduling

  • Phase timers (which are used for setting "Late" and "At Risk" task statuses, as well as determining when a workflow phase should be skipped) are now automatically reset whenever a phase due date has been modified.

Offline Translation

  • For better compatibility with third-party CAT tools, ‘Syntax 100%’ matches are now given a 'state-qualifier' of 'fuzzy-match' on XLIFF exports from the Task List. This will, for example, cause ‘Syntax 100%’ matches to appear as 80% fuzzy matches in Trados Studio, rather than 100% exact matches.

Translation Memory

  • Exporting TM as .tmx or .xliff now preserves in-line tags.
