We are pleased to announce that version 12.13.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.


Workbench and In-Context Workbench

  • We've added a new keyboard shortcut to automatically move Linguists to their next Task, improving efficiency of users in the Workbench and In-Context Workbench.


  • Making linguists aware of approved terminology is a critical part of facilitating a quality translation. To enhance the visibility of term hits in the Workbench, and to set it apart from some of the other resources and labels, we've changed the color of terminology as a whole to a shade of purple. We've also modified the term highlighting to wrap the term, so there is a clear distinction between a term hit and something like a spelling error.


  • To improve usability, clicking on a highlighted term in the source text now opens a context menu just below the cursor which includes the approved translation(s) for that term. The translation can be inserted by clicking on it (or using the specified hotkey).
