We are pleased to announce that version 12.12.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.

Task List

• We've added several new columns and date filters to the Task List to aid linguists in quickly finding their most urgent tasks. Filters are now available for the following dates: 

  • Task Due

  • Document Due

  • Document Last Uploaded

• Users can select from a list of dynamic filters (e.g. Within the next 2 days) or specify exact dates.

Documents Tab

• The "Smart Selector" on the Documents tab now allows project managers to specify whether they want to select all documents within the project, or just those documents within their filtered results.

• When using the "Smart Selector" to select documents by the Last Uploaded date, the user's time zone is now used. 

• We've added a "Document Due" filter to the Documents tab which makes it easy for project managers to quickly view documents that are due within a specified time frame.

• The "Require Review" filter on the Document tab has been modified to allow project managers to choose between viewing either those documents that require review, those that do not require review, or both at once.

Column Display

• Over the years we have added more and more columns of valuable data to the display of Projects, Documents, Targets, Phases and Tasks. To empower users with the ability to choose what data they see, we've added the ability to configure the columns displayed on the various tables in the user interface (e.g. Documents list). Clicking on any column heading (e.g. Last Uploaded) allows you to sort ascending or descending, or configure the columns displayed in the interface.
