We are pleased to announce that version 12.15.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.

Workbench

  • With this release, we've improved the performance of the source terminology highlighting in the Workbench. Terms are now highlighted in the Original Text and in the Context Viewer of the Workbench. Terms are also highlighted in the In-Context Workbench.



Vendor Management

Phase Reports

  • Phase reports display the status of a document under the Document Status column. This feature allows project managers to effectively gauge a document's progress. The report includes the following statuses: Ready, In Progress, Completed and Late. 
  • In some cases, a single document can have different vendors assigned to different target languages and different phases of the workflow. In cases like these, it is still important for a vendor to track the status of the phases before and after their assigned phase. To make this possible, a vendor can download a Phase Report for their assigned target languages with every phase column populated. 

Cost/Invoice Reports

  • A downloading mask will appear next to the Amount column once the user downloads a Cost/Invoice report. This assures the user that the download is in progress.
