Project Management

Vendor Awareness

Users who are "guests" to a community (who work in a client organization but belong to a different vendor organization) will notice a performance increase in the Project List and Document list.
- Both pages will load significantly faster.
- The vendor aware actions on the Document List will open faster.
- The smart selector on the Document List will be more responsive when opened.
Guest Shared Users will only be able to use the Approve All action on phases that are assigned to their organization.

Workflow Setup

The option "Auto-skip/cancel phase if not completed prior to its due date" has been updated to give users three options on review and custom phases.
- Skip or Cancel - This option is the same as past functionality. Phases will be skipped if they have not been completed before their due date and no work has been done on the phase. It will be cancelled if work has been done.
- Skip Only - If this option is selected and the due date of a phase has passed, the phase will be skipped if no progress was made. However, if some progress has been made, nothing will happen and the linguist will be allowed to finish their work.
- No - Nothing will occur when the phase reaches its due date. This is the default option.
Also, we have added a status reason to phases that were skipped or cancelled because of this feature. The status reason can be found in the UI or in the Project Status Report.

Phase Status

We resolved an issue preventing users from editing the final phase when that phase was skipped by the fast-track feature.

Deletion

Any phase, target, or document that is deleted in the Project application will also be deleted from the Vendor database.

This cannot be undone. We highly recommend you cancel instead of delete.

The Glossary search options have been updated to allow the user to show matches from all Source locales. Previously, it could only be set to show term matches from all Target locales.

The loading notification has been moved to the bottom of the screen so it doesn't cover important options while content loads.
An issue that prevented the correct translation profile from being used has been resolved.
Manual downloads work as expected.

When children pages are edited or added, the parent page status will no longer be changed to "edited."
Translations now download as expected when there is an existing translation for the file.

Landing pages associated with forms now upload for translation with the associated form.
The subject line on an email is properly submitted for translation with the rest of the email.
We added pagination in the Chrome extension for Eloqua content.
