New Community Members

We have made changes to make it easier for Vendor Project Managers to manage their users within a client's community, while still ensuring security for clients who use multiple LSPs. Accordingly, the New Community Members dialogue box sets restrictions based on the logged-in user's assigned role. The dialog box now has three options for Community admins and Full PMs. 

  1. New User 
  2. Existing User 
  3. Bulk Import 

Community admins have the option to create other Community Admins, Project Managers, or Linguists. Whereas Project Managers can only assign the Project Manager and Linguist roles. Lastly, Vendor PMs may only add users from their own vendor organization (either individually or in bulk); and may only assign the Linguist and Vendor PM roles.

Workflow rules

HTTP notifications sent through workflow rules will include the name of the phase as well as phase type.

Segment History

Viewing the history of a segment as it goes through translation is a valuable tool for auditing and understanding the progression of a translation as it moves through the workflow. Previously, the Revision History section of the Workbench displayed the final translation for every phase of the workflow. To provide more visibility, we've added a full history of the translation, including each incremental save of the translation within a phase.
