Project Management

Task List

We have added another optional filter to allow users to filter tasks by the priority of the document.
We resolved an edge case that allowed linguists to unknowingly check out tasks that were already checked out to a different linguist.
Opening the Workbench via the Task List no longer automatically checks out the task to the user. This allows a linguist to preview the task without inadvertently checking it out to themselves. The Workbench will prevent the linguist from making edits until the task has been checked out. Linguists can now check tasks out from within the Workbench, as well as from the Tasks.
Linguists can click on the document icon in the Task List which will open up a modal showing the Document ID and UUID. We resolved an issue that prevented linguists from copying the Document ID and UUID onto their clipboard by clicking on those IDs.

Find and Replace

We fixed an error that allowed segments of future phases to be edited with the Find and Replace tool before that segment was saved in the current phase. The Find and Replace tool now follows the same restrictions that the Workbench follows. Specifically, a translation cannot be edited within a given phase under the following scenarios:
- The phase has not been started
- The phase status is Cancelled, Skipped, or Waiting
- The translation has already been saved within a subsequent phase
- The segment is locked
We optimized the Find and Replace query so it won't time out when searching for matches.

We enhanced vendor awareness to not allow Vendor PMs to skip phases or change due dates of phases that are not assigned to them.
Resolved an issue where Vendor PMs were unable to view all documents within a project even when granted Project Owner access.

Email Notifications

You can embed a link to the Workbench in emails sent to users using the new {WorkbenchLink} variable. Users can select that link and be taken to the exact task relating to the email if they have access to the task.

Unapplied Tag Counts has been added as a column to the Project Status Report. Per phase, the user will know how many tags have not yet been applied.

The 'Change Project' dialog now prompts the user for confirmation when moving documents to an already-completed project.

Quality Report

Fixed a bug that was causing the name of a newly-ran Quality Report to be pre-filled with the name of the last-ran Quality Report.
Addressed a defect that prevented some users from being able to download a Quality Report over a given date range.

Edit Feedback

Resolved an issue which could cause the segment number to not display within the Edit Feedback dialog.

We've built a new version of our Eloqua Connector using our proprietary Lingotek Connector Framework technology. This version offers enhanced stability and the best-in-class user experience you've come to expect from Lingotek connectors.
- Preview text is now translated.
- Forms that are embedded in landing pages are automatically created, translated, and inserted into translated landing pages.
- We've added support for Dynamic content.

Updated the Marketplace app's sidebar navigation to be expandable so that users can expand it to see the title for each of the icons.

The GET /task call has been enhanced with date range filtering via the addition of three new parameters:
- minimum_date (epoch timestamp)
- maximum_date (epoch timestamp)
- date_range_type - allows for filtering the response by either of the following timestamps:
  - task_created_date
  - task_completed_date
  - task_start_date
  - task_due_date
  - document_due_date
  - last_uploaded
Resolved errors that occurred when using the PATCH /task/content call to upload files that were zipped using a Mac OS.
