General Enhancements

Leverage Roll Up Report

The Entity link in the process queue has been updated to point to the TM statistics tab for the project.

Enhanced Phase Statuses for a Document via API

To further enhance visibility into translation progress via an API, we've added the Status field to the response for the GET /document/{id}/translation and GET /document/{id}/translation/locale. This field provides statuses such as: Waiting, Ready, In Progress, At Risk, Past Due, Complete, Late, and Skipped.

(tick) Tip: These updates are applicable for users of the Vendor Management app.


Translation Cost & Invoice Information in TMS Interface

  • The User Interface now displays a summary cost in the Documents tab (for each document) in the 'Amount' field
  • The User Interface now displays a visual breakdown of costs in the Targets tab (for each phase, rolled up to the target, and to the document) in the 'Amount' field
  • Project management fees are displayed for the Document (hover over the Document 'Amount')

Reports Tab Enhancements

  • Added two columns to the list of generated reports
    • Requested By
    • Created Date

Cost & Invoice Report Enhancements

  • All date fields are populated in the dd/mm/yyyy HH:MM:SS PM format.
  • The following columns have been added to both reports:
    • Total Words
    • Weighted Words
    • Responsible User
