Copy Translations

With the Copy Translations feature, you can copy all of a document’s translations from one workflow phase to another.

To copy translations, follow these steps:

1. Log in as a project manager. 

2. Click to open a project from the Projects menu. 

3. Check the box next to the document(s) to update. 

4. From the Documents bar, choose Actions; type and select Copy Translations.

5. From the dialog, scroll to select which phase the translations will be copied To and From.

   1. Select any target you wish to perform this action on. Use the Select All option to automatically include all targets in the selector. 

   2. Optionally, check to Overwrite any existing translations in the "to" phase.

6. Click Copy Translations to complete the action.
   All translations will be copied over from the selected workflow phases.
