Pre-translation

The pre-translation feature enables you to accept almost any type of file or document for translation. The pre-translation tab is used specifically for files that need localization before they are sent to the workflow. For example, there may be instances where some files are not all in plain text, some may contain images where the image contains texts that need to be extracted first. With pre-translation enabled, files like .png can be sent directly to a localization engineer for preparation. Files go into a pre-translation queue while the localization engineer prepares the file. Once the preparation is finished, it is added to the document list where most uploads are found.
