Sharing Projects
Project Permissions
By default, the creator of a project is the only person that can access it. However, a project owner can also share their projects with other project managers or clients.
A project’s creator can add Shared Managers or Shared Client Users to grant access to a project.
Shared Managers share equal permissions with the project creator.
Shared managers can
Upload documents
Make assignments
Change project resources, etc.
View all of the tabs available to the Project’s creator
Shared Client Users have viewing and reporting access and also have the ability to make changes to the workflow and to run basic document actions.
They have access to options on the Documents, Workflow Template, and TM Statistics tabs.
Documents: View the progress for each translation document and access the workbench; run basic document actions.
Workflow Template: Switch the project to a new workflow or add new rules to the existing project-level workflow
TM Statistics: Run TM Statistics reports
