We are pleased to announce that version 16.9.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.

Project Management

Workflow

  • Quality evaluation emails include the Document UUID.

  • When you set your leverage minimum as a percentage, the default percentage will be 95%, and we display a warning if your leverage minimum is under 50%.

Task List

  • We have added the “Launch Source URL” column back to the Task list as a configurable column.

  • The Specify Dates option for our date filters works as expected.

  • We improved the customizable column experience for Firefox users.

  • Occasionally, scrolling in the Project app would freeze and not function as expected.

Segment Tab

  • Users can select blocks of segments using shift + click on the Segments Tab again.

Document Import/Export

  • The InDesign Package import process will ignore MAC OS hidden files.

Workbench

Resolved Issues

  • The Workbench was not correctly displaying carriage returns when users enabled Whitespace mode.

  • The message warning users of unapplied tags was occasionally displaying when there weren’t unapplied tags.

  • Tag pairs were applied to the wrong range when users highlighted target text from right to left.

  • The Workbench was not displaying notes if someone created a blank note in the Legacy Workbench.

Vendor Management

Resolved Issues

  • Users could not successfully restart failed Vendor reports requested from the Project application.

  • Reports created from the Project application would fail if the user used some of the options in the smart selector to pick their documents.

  • Loading the report list took longer than expected, and occasionally the app displayed reports on the wrong list (i.g. cost reports loaded on the invoice report table).

  • If organization names included commas, there would be issues with the exported linguist report.

Marketplace

Contentful

  • You can assign content types to different translation profiles instead of setting all entries to the same translation profile.

Marketo

  • The View action is compatible with content located in Marketing Activities.

  • If Marketo users moved source assets to new folders, the connector would occasionally add translated assets to the original folder.

  • We have improved the update document experience for Landing Pages to ensure the connector carries changes in content and structure to newly translated assets.

Eloqua

  • We resolved an issue with our default Eloqua filter that was incompatible with the latest importer versions.
