Remove Phase

With the Remove Phase option, you can remove any workflow phase such as Machine Translation or Review from documents of your choice.

To remove a phase from a document, follow these steps:

1. Click to open a project from your Projects menu.

2. Select the box(es) next to the document(s) where you need to remove a phase. 

3. From the Documents bar, scroll to the Actions menu.

4. Select Remove Phase. 

5. Check to select the phases to remove.

   Open

   

6. Click Remove Phase.
   The phases will no longer appear on the document level.
