Delete Duplicate TM Units

To delete duplicate TM units in a TM Vault:

1. Go to the Project Resources menu at the top of the page and select TM Vaults.

2. Open the desired TM Vault.

3. Click on the actions drop-down in the Vault Summary and choose Delete Duplicates.

4. In the dialog, you will see a brief explanation and an option to Prefer Reviewed TM units. This means if there are duplicate TM units, and one of them has been reviewed, the unreviewed units will be deleted.

5. select Delete Duplicates.

6. This will start a TM Delete Duplicates process in the Process Queue.

7. Please note that only one of these jobs can run for your vault at a time.
