Downloading Files from the Workbench

To download source and target files from the Workbench the project settings must be enabled. Downloading source and target files are primarily used for linguists who want to translate their tasks offline in a 3rd party CAT tool. See here for more information about offline translation.

1. Choose the Document menu. 
   
   
   
   
2. All of the options for downloading source and target files that have been enabled by your project manager will be shown here. 
   
   
3. Select any of these options and a file will download once the process completes.
   
   
4. You can monitor the process by using the Processes Widget as well as re-download any of the results as well.
