Project Security
If the security of a project allows, project managers can allow linguists to download their assigned files – in the original format, or as a PDF, TMX, or XLIFF file.
The project manager has the option to allow linguists to download files in various formats. You will be able to download the Source and Target documents in whatever formats the project manager allows from the Task List and the Workbench. File options include: Original Format, PDF, TMX and XLIFF.
If the download icon does not appear, contact your administrator for help.
To download your files from the task list,
- Log into Enterprise as a translator.
- Open your task list.
- Click the more icon at the end of the row.
- Select the file format you wish to download.
- Access the file from your browser’s download list.
The download icon is also available in the workbench at the upper right of the screen.
