New Features

• Enhanced Project-Wide Find & Replace Tool

• We've significantly enhanced the project-wide Find & Replace Tool in the Dashboard. Project Managers can now access all projects they own or are assigned to, without having to explicitly assign themselves to each phase in the workflow. You can now search for matching text in the Source and replace Target Translations, as well as configure the tool to match on partial words, whole words, or whole segments. These enhancements make the tool much more powerful for both Project Managers and Translators.

• Intelligent 'Select All' Checkbox:

• Bulk managing documents just got much easier with our new intelligent 'select all' checkbox. Now when you check the box to select all documents in a project, you are presented with options that make it easy to select only those documents you need to take action on. Choose from selecting all documents within the project, all documents on the page, or all documents that are assigned to a specific person or team for a specific phase and language. You can also select all unassigned documents by phase and language.

• Simplified UI for Resource Sharing:

• We've made it easier to manage sharing privileges for project resources (i.e. TM vaults, glossaries, workflows and clients). If you've familiarized yourself with our new UI for managing assignments, you'll instantly recognize how to manage resource sharing. You're now able to use a single search box to share a resource with individuals, teams and communities.

• Default callback rule to Workflow Completion phase

• For integrators, by default we've added a callback rule to the Workflow Completion Phase, which calls the project callback URL and notifies the integration upon workflow completion.

Bug Fixes

• Prefill TM exact matches are now being locked correctly

• Resolved an issue where certain downloaded files are missing content

• Line breaks and spaces are now being preserved correctly in all cases

• Moderator assignments are now functioning correctly for Voting phases in a workflow

• My Community and All Communities are now displayed correctly in the Manage Assignments search results

• You can now delete the phase description using the Edit Phase popup

• Community Activity Report is now working correctly

• New UI for project settings on workflow now displays community shared vaults

• You can now download XML documents that are using the old XML parser

• The Moderator's names now appear in the workflow preview on the Workflows page

• We updated the color of the Fuzzy match badge in the Workbench
