This page shows you how to add workflow rules to project phases such as Translate, Review, Custom, and Completion.
You can also opt to have the default settings of the phases.
You can make each phase more robust by adding custom Rules.
For example, a rule can be created to notify project managers when a project is completed.
To add a rule to a workflow phase, follow these steps:
In the left pane, click Templates, and then click Workflow Templates to open a workflow.
On the Workflows page, select the applicable workflow that you want to set up.
When the applicable Workflow window opens, set up the rules and parameters that you want to add to the project phase.
Click Save in the lower pane to save the changes that you made to the workflow.
