Cases (Salesforce)


To translate cases,

  1. Log into Salesforce as an administrator.
  2. From the top menu, open the Cases tab (upper left) and click to open a case.



  3. From the open case, set the source language.
    1. Click Edit.
    2. Scroll down. Under Enterprise, go to the Language field and select the source language.
      (tick) Tip: The target language is determined by the configurations saved under Enterprise Settings. 



  4. Scroll down and Save.
  5. On the next screen, click Translate (button, far right). This requests a machine translation of the original content.



  6. Once complete, the translated content appears.
