The New Workbench now supports in-line display and application of format tags throughout all phases of the translation workflow. Translators and reviewers can choose to display format tag placeholders, as well as whether or not to display the tag type and attributes.
This means translators can now see and place format tag placeholders in-line with their translations as they translate

In addition, documents can be navigated within the New Workbench by jumping to the next segment that either has or still requires formatting
New APIs
addRoleAssignment - allows users with the community admin role to grant the project manager role to another user
getProgressReport - Gets the project-level progress of each target.
Other Platform Changes
Translators can auto-apply format tags to a document as a starting point to speed-up the formatting process
Project managers can auto-apply missing format tags as a shortcut to quickly enable a document download
Format tags can be applied via workflow to either pseudo-localized or machine translated text
A checkbox setting has been added to simplify the preserving of white space when pseudo-localizing a document
