Reference Materials

The Reference Material tab is located in the Workbench and In-Context Workbench sidebars. This tab displays a list of downloadable reference material for the linguist, allowing them to download individual files or all reference materials with the click of a button. Reference materials can also be downloaded for multiple tasks at once via a new bulk action in the Task List. 

Download Reference Materials from the Task List

Reference Materials can be downloaded per task or in bulk in the Task List. The Reference Materials will be downloaded as a .zip file.

Downloading per task:

1. Open Tasks from the side bar menu.
   
   
2. Select the desired task. 
   
   
3. Select the More icon at the end of the row and select Download Reference Material. 
   
   

Downloading in bulk:

1. Bulk Select all tasks.
   1. You have the option to bulk select all tasks on the page, or all tasks.  
      
      
2. Use the Bulk Actions drop down and select Download Reference Material. 
   
   

Reference Material tab

• The Reference Material tab in the Workbench has an overlay that indicates the number of materials attached to the document. 
• Selecting Reference Material will open a table of materials. This table includes a Name field, Description field and a Download Icon.
• Download the reference materials one at a time by selecting the download icon at the end of the row, or download the materials in bulk by selecting the icon at the top right of the table.
