To translate cases,
- Log into Salesforce as an administrator.
- From the top menu, open the Cases tab (upper left) and click to open a case.
- From the open case, set the source language.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll down. Under Enterprise, go to the Language field and select the source language.
Tip: The target language is determined by the configurations saved under Enterprise Settings.
- Scroll down and Save.
- On the next screen, click Translate (button, far right). This requests a machine translation of the original content.
- Once complete, the translated content appears.
