  • Lingotek Inside Jive 5 App
    • The Lingotek Inside Jive 5 App is now available on the Jive Apps Market
    • Using the Lingotek Inside Jive 5 app, Jive users are able to access translated content, nominate content for translation, and even offer to translate content themselves -- all inside of Jive
    • Machine translation technology can be used inside of Jive to quickly translate any page on your Jive site
    • All these powerful features are integrated directly inside Jive, so there's no separate login or installation burden
  • Dashboard Improvements
    • Importing CSV files into terminology has been improved to support UTF-16 encoded characters and all MS-Windows character sets (i.e. WIN-125x)
    • New premium community setting allows for redirecting the community-specific login page to a URL specified by the community
    • New premium community setting allows for redirecting the logout page to a URL specified by the community
    • Version number and build number are now displayed in the UI (premise installations only)
    • New user wizard now supports CSS styling
  • Report Improvements
    • Words Translated Report - new report allows community administrators to view the number of words translated by their community for a given date range; results can be grouped by language pair with or without locale

  • Workbench Improvements (New & Classic)
    • In community translation phases, segment translations are now sorted from most to least votes
    • In community translation phases, segment translations with the same number of votes are sorted newest to oldest
    • In community translation phases, once a translation has been accepted by the community, it it always sorted to the top
    • In review phases, reviewer translations are now sorted ahead of translations from previous phases
    • In community translation phases, there can now only be one accepted translation per segment
  • Performance Improvements
    • Drastically improved performance of the projects query
    • Enabled jQuery caching to improve performance
    • Logic used when loading workbench was moved from out of the JavaScript to server-side
    • Upgraded from Solr 3.1 to Solr 3.3

New APIs

  • editClientCommunityPreference - edit a client preference specific to a community
  • getClientCommunityPreference - get a client preference specific to a community, or if none exists, return the system default preference
  • removeClientCommunityPreference - remove a client preference specific to a community, which means it will return to using the system default preference
  • setProfileAttributes - set the profile attributes you want

Bug Fixes

  • Users can now see assigned job on the Jobs list for newly added phases
  • Resolved server error when viewing users without display names on the Project Translator Report
  • It's now possible to set a due date on a target that didn't already have one
  • Actions by the super voter now consistently lock the segment when segment locking is enabled
  • Improved caching policy should eliminate the need for some users to clear their browser cache after a new release
  • Resolved performance issues related to Solr
