  • Dashboard Improvements
    • Translation memory statistics (including the number of exact matches, repetitions, and various percent matches) can now be exported to either Excel or CSV for projects and documents that have been analyzed for TM hits
    • System admins can now selectively grant "support" privileges to community admin users, allowing them to "assume the identity" of other community users while aiding in training and troubleshooting situations
    • The user lookup interface used when managing community members and/or system users no longer requires an exact match on user ID, but instead returns partial-match results for user ID, display name and email address
    • Social media buttons can now be individually disabled for your community
    • Premium users can now customize the URL and text passed by the social media buttons
    • Premium users can opt their community out part or all of the new user wizard (ideal for communities already passing user account data via the API)

  • Report Improvements
    • Community Activity Report - new report allows community administrators to view (for a given date range) all users that have (or haven't) logged in, how many times they've logged in, and when they last logged in. Report also displays usage statistics by user for: number of words translated, segments translated, translations accepted, segments reviewed, votes cast, and votes accepted. Results can be filtered by language pair, sorted, and exported to Excel or CSV to create email lists

New APIs

  • getUsers - search users by name, email and login ID
  • updateContentDocument - update an existing document with a new version of the source content, keeping translations and formatting that were applied to any unchanged segments between the two versions

Bug Fixes

  • Dashboard no longer has JavaScript errors when the platform is installed on an internal network
  • Both Workbenches no longer show an error about someone else working on the document
  • Project Translator Report handles users without a display name
  • Navigating between segments in the New Workbench properly synchronizes project resources with the edit box
  • The New Workbench properly avoids matching glossary entries with bullet characters
  • Added the date range to the Flagged Translators Report
  • Translations no longer allow multiple people to flag them
