Filter Configuration Management

• • Project managers no longer have to re-upload the same filter configuration file (FPRM, ITS and SRX) every time they add a new document to a project or update an existing document
  • The new Filter Configuration Files page (found under the Project Resources menu) allows project managers to pre-upload FPRM, ITS and SRX files to be stored by the Lingotek TMS, making them readily available when adding new documents to a project
  • When updating a document with a newer version, the Lingotek TMS will now automatically use the previously-used filter configuration file(s) without the project manager needing to reupload them
  • In addition, third-party systems which integrate to Lingotek via our API no longer have to resend filter configuration files when making document update API calls

Other Improvements

• • When closing the Workbench after completing an assigned task, translators are now prompted if there are any format tags that still need to be applied
  • Additional variables (word count, due date, document note and project name) can now be added to workflow-triggered email notifications
  • Glossaries can now be exported as an Excel (.xls) file
  • Users no longer need to be added to your Contacts list in order to share resources (projects, workflows, TM vaults, glossaries, and clients) with them
  • Users no longer need to be added to your Contacts list in order to bulk assign a task to them
