The Enterprise workbench offers a simple way to find and replace items within a single document.
To access the Find/Replace feature,
- Open a document in the workbench
- Go to the top of the page.
- Click Edit and select Find/Replace.
A Find/Replace menu will appear immediately above the Context Viewer.
Choose to find items in either the source or target language.
Finding Text in the Source
To find an item in the source,
Click Source, type a word, and then click Find. Use the up and down arrows to go to each match.
Finding Text in the Target
To find an item in the Target,
Click Target, type a word, and then click Find. Use the up and down arrows to go to each match.
Replacing Text
If desired, replace text using the workbench’s Find & Replace feature.
- From the workbench, open Find & Replace.
 Click to search the Target language and type the word(s) you wish to find.
Use the up and down arrows to go to each match.
- After finding the word(s), type the word(s) you wish to replace them with.
 On the right choose Replace or Replace All.
The Replace feature only works for text in the Target language on segments approved in the current phase.
