Pre-Installation Requirements

Oracle WebCenter Sites
Enterprise Inside Oracle WebCenter Sites requires Oracle WebCenter Sites 11gR1Bp1 (11.1.1.6.1) or later.

Network Requirements
Enterprise Inside Oracle WebCenter Sites requires connectivity to the Enterprise server. Most deployments use the SaaS model for Enterprise, and therefore the WebCenter Sites management environment must be able to access this server on the Internet. In on-premise installations, Sites must be able to reach the Enterprise server on-premise.

Installation Access Requirements
In order to install  Enterprise Inside Oracle WebCenter Sites, SSH and HTTP access to the server must be granted, but GUI installation is not required.

Installers must be able to alter the deployed web application of WebCenter Sites, and the GSF must be able to configure property file settings in the WebCenter Sites home folder.

Installers must be able to restart the application server.

Installers must be able to access the AdminSite site in WebCenter Sites with role AdvancedUser in order to configure the GSF and Enterprise WEM applications.

Account Requirements
Enterprise account information is required, including your Enterprise userid and password for authentication directly to the workbench for initial configuration, and OAuth keys and secrets for communication with the integration

Enterprise Workflow
The Enterprise workflow is a critical part of the integration and plans around how your workflow will be set up are important. If you do not have your own workflow, consider using a sample provided below.

WebCenter Sites CMS Configuration Requirements
Information about how your workflow on WebCenter Sites is configured is required in order to know where the integration step actions will be connected. If this has not been decided, a sample workflow is provided.
Information about which sites, asset types, and attributes within your asset types, will be used with Enterprise must be provided during configuration. This information can be changed later if required.
