Severities

When reviewers assign an Error Type to a mistake, they will be prompted to select a severity level for the error (for example, Critical, Moderate or Minor). These severity levels are customizable to suit your business needs and preferences.

  1. Type the name of your severity and press the Enter key or select the add icon next to Severities after typing the severity's name. You can add as many Severities as you need. If you have added a large number of severities, adjust the pagination to see all your severities. 

  2. Click on the severity name to quickly edit it. Select the save icon when you are done.  
     
  3. Remove a severity by selecting the delete icon under the Actions column in that severity's row. 

  4. Use the drag icon on the far left of the severity's row to adjust the order of your severities. This will affect the order they appear in the scoring section and in the Workbench. 

After determining Severity Levels for reviewers, proceed to the Scoring Configuration section.
