Generating reports from the Quality tab

Client admin users and vendor project managers can view the quality reports of their community straight from the Quality Dashboard, giving them a broader understanding of how various linguists or vendors perform.

To view quality reports:

1. Go to the Quality tab, and then click Quality Dashboard.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Like the My Quality App, the Quality dashboard can pull in FAILED REPORTS and generate ON-DEMAND REPORTS where client admins and vendor project managers can monitor the performance of linguists in their community.
   
   

   Open
