My Quality App

The My Quality App allows linguists to track their performance over time. It provides a detailed view of failed reports that helps linguists diagnose and fix translation issues. This feature also allows them to generate on-demand reports and enables them to track all failed and passed reports.

To view quality reports:

1. Go to the PROJECT tab, and then click My Quality.
   
   

   Open

   

2. The My Quality page displays. This page allows you to generate your FAILED REPORTS and ON-DEMAND REPORTS.

   • FAILED REPORTS
     - This report allows linguists to generate detailed information on all of their quality reports that failed.
     - This report offers actionable insights to help diagnose and fix translation issues.

   • ON-DEMAND REPORTS
     - This report allows linguists to generate failed and passed quality reports across all their projects.
     - This report can be filtered by date range, vendor, and target languages to better manage the overall quality of their translations.
