We are pleased to announce that version 13.27.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.
Project Management
Task List
- We have added Document UUID and Document ID as optional columns in the task list.
We have enhanced the Document Search field to also be able to search by Document UUID and Document ID.
Info To search by Document ID and Document UUID you must enter the entire ID string.
The Task Start date has been added as a default column and a default filter in the Task List.
Info The Document Due column/filter is still available, but it is no longer the default column/filter.
However, no changes will be made to your column and filter settings unless you configure your columns and filters.
Callbacks
- When a target is cancelled, the TMS will now send a notification via the project callback URL(s).
Workflows
- Users can now send emails to specific teams using Workflow Rules.
- The Task Check Out option has been extended to Custom phase types.
Quality Management
Linguistic Quality Evaluation
- We've made significant enhancements to the backend systems that store and provide quality data, to better handle large data volumes and scenarios such as: deleting documents, deleting targets, updating documents, deleting phases, switching workflows, etc.The "Evaluated Translation" and the "Corrected Translation" fields in the Quality Report now correctly represent their respective translations.
