We are pleased to announce we released version 17.4.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System on 02/07/2022.

  • We simplified the upload experience to only include source and target locales enabled in the workflow template.

Vendor App

Reports

Generating and running reports in the Vendor application is now easier!

  • We have removed cost and draft invoice reports and replaced them with the new cost details report, which provides a better experience for getting general cost information.

  • In the cost details report, we added a new invoiceable status filter. You can decide to include or exclude phases that are not invoiceable, invoiceable, and invoiced.

  • We have replaced the final invoice report with invoices. Invoices include the detailed CSV you are used to and a PDF that gives a simplified view of costs.

  • The Cost DetailS report and Invoices CSV export include the new Final Invoiced and Invoice Report columns so you can distinguish invoiced phases.

Project Management

Glossaries

  • We have replaced the .xls format with .xlsx for importing and exporting.

  • You can download all locales in the glossary at once or pick and choose the one(s) you want to download.

  • We have enabled term uploads and downloads with all concept and term metadata.

  • You can re-import exported glossary with concept and term UUIDs to edit existing concepts and terms without creating duplicates.
