In order for your asset to be sent to RAY Enterprise for translation, it must be placed in a workflow. When you move your asset within the workflow, it can be sent to RAY Enterprise.

Follow the instructions below to add your asset to a workflow.

  1. Open the asset in the UI.
  2. From the View menu, choose Status.
  3. From the Workflow Actions menu, choose Select Workflow.
  4. Select a RAY Enterprise-enabled workflow (consult your administrator).
  5. Click Select Workflow. A status message should appear indicating that your asset has been added.
