Finishing Your Assignment: Sending Your Asset to RAY Enterprise
When ready, finish your workflow assignment to send the asset to RAY Enterprise.
- Open the asset’s Status screen again, as above.
- From the Workflow Commands menu, choose Finish my Assignment. A new screen appears allowing you to choose the step you would like to take to finish your assignment.
- Your workflow administrator will be able to tell you which step will send the asset to RAY Enterprise. In the sample workflow, the choices are obvious. Select the step and choose Finish my Assignment.
- A new popup appears, requesting input required for RAY Enterprise to process your asset.
Selecting Your Project
A menu called RAY Enterprise Workflows is shown. These correspond to projects in RAY Enterprise in which your translation work will reside.
Select the workflow that is appropriate for the content you will be employing for this translation and click Submit.
Selecting Your Target Language
The Target Language list contains all of the languages that are enabled in your current site in WebCenter Sites. Select the target languages into which you would like your asset to be translated by checking them off in the list.
Sending Notes to Translators
If you have any comments or notes pertaining to the source asset that would assist the translators in doing their job, please enter them here.
When finished, click Finish my Assignment. Your asset will be sent to RAY Enterprise.
