The Enterprise Integration has several utilities available to run reports and perform bulk operations. These utilities are all accessible via the Enterprise WEM App > Tools screen, unless otherwise noted.

Bulk Assignment Tool

This utility is useful for new installs of the Enterprise Integration. For all assets in a particular site and of a given asset type, It will bulk assign the en _ US locale to them and will add them all to a WCS workflow of your choice.

Enterprise Status Report

Use this utility to view the Enterprise Status (% Complete) of a group of assets. Options for this report are:

  • Run the report for a single asset instance. This report will display the Enterprise status of that asset and a nested list of all the assets it references, recursively.
  • Run for an entire asset type of a site. This report lists just the asset types selected and does not include the nested list of assets like the other option does.

As part of the nested report results, the utility, by default does not do any translation lookups. For more information on customizing this utility to add your own translation lookups, see the Customization Hooks section of the Installation & Configuration Guide, interface LingoStatusReportAssetService.

Bulk Sending Utility

This utility is used to bulk send assets to Enterprise, whether it’s adding them for the first time or just updating the source content (or both).

Rebuild Tables

This utility will completely clear the custom database tables used by the Enterprise Integration and will rebuild them by querying all available projects in Enterprise.
