You can download a document list that includes currently visible information in a few easy steps.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Select the rows of the document list you would like included in your downloaded list.

    You can either select all the documents in your project, use specific filters, or use the smart selector to select specific rows across several pages of the document list. 

  2. Select the document bulk action drop-down. Start typing Download Document List or scroll to the Document section to find the Download Document List action. 

  3. The Processes Widget will open with the progress of the job. When it is complete it will automatically download the document summary as a CSV file.  

  4. When you open the CSV file all the selected document rows will be included and your columns will match whatever columns you had configured when you selected the action.
