Use Machine Translate to choose a new MT Engine for the document(s) add machine translation to the phase of your choice.

Tip: If you have already completed the machine translation step, be sure to select the “Overwrite Current Translations” option.

To add a new MT engineImage Added

To apply Machine Translation to a phase,

  1. Log in as a project manager.

  2. Click to open a project from the Projects Menu.

  3. Check the box next to the document(s) needing a new machine translation engine.

  4. From the Documents bar, scroll to the Actions menu.
     
  5. Scroll down to Pre-translation and select Machine Translate (or start typing, "Machine Translate").
     
  6. From the dialog,
    1. Scroll to select the Phase requiring a new MT enginemachine translation.
    2. Scroll to select the Machine Translation Engine to add to use. 

  7. By default, Allow MT engine to place format tags, is selected. It is highly recommended that you keep this selected. The MT engines that can apply format tags are Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, and GeoFluent. 
     
  8. Click to Save your work.
