Showing Whitespace

To view whitespace characters:

  1. Open the Menu > View > Show Whitespace



  2. Or, you can use the shortcut.

Supported Whitespace Characters

You can add whitespace and other characters manually by opening the Menu > Edit > Insert Symbol however, whitespace characters like non-breaking spaces, new-lines, tabs, and spaces are all inserted automatically via typing or copying and pasting from other sources.  

  • Non-breaking spaces - "•"
  • New line - "↵"
  • Tab (if they are copied into the segment) - "⇥"
