Automatically add format tags to the document(s) of your choice with Apply Format Tags.



Because Apply Format Tags is an automated feature, it can be inaccurate. We generally recommend that translators or reviewers apply these tags manually.

If you choose to automatically Apply Format Tags, a linguist will have the option to correct them later.


To automatically apply format tags for a document,

  1. Access the project from the Projects menu.

  2. Check the box next to the document(s) needing format tags.

  3. From the Documents bar, scroll to the Actions menu.

  4. Type and select Apply Format Tags.

  5. Check to select the phases requiring format tags.

  6. When you are ready, click Apply.

Format tags will be applied automatically to the document(s) and phase(s) of your choice.
