Use Add Phase to add a single workflow phase to the document(s) of your choice.

Choose to add an additional human Translate phase, Review phase, or a Custom phase.

Custom phases can be used to track any additional QA step needed for a particular document (e.g. desktop layout confirmation, legal review, or financial approval).

(tick) Tip: There is no limit to the number of phases that can be added to a document.

(tick) Tip: The new phase will be appended to the end of the document's existing workflow.

To Add a Phase to a document,

  1. Click to open a project from your Dashboard.
  2. Select the box(es) for the document(s) requiring a new phase.
  3. From the Documents bar, scroll to the Actions: menu.
