Overview

With Report Downloads, you can generate reports about various tasks in the TMS. These downloadable reports contain full, unfiltered data that can provide insights that your organization can analyze to make better business decisions. You can tailor the data sets in the report according to a specific date range.

Each report includes an average of the dataset within the selected date range. This is a way to know whether the correct data is harnessed in the report.

To download a report, set a date range in the Date Range box, and then, click the DOWNLOAD option for the applicable dataset.

Documents

Included in the Documents report is the total number of documents that are completed within the selected date range. It also includes the metadata and other information from documents once they reach completion.

Targets

Targets completed, or the Targets report, features information about completed target locates. The system records the statistic of a target that reaches completion within the set date range, even if other targets and phases in the project are still in progress.

Processed Words

The Processed Words report features data sets about the total number of processed words that fall in the set date range. These words are from source locales across multiple targets. The system starts recording statistics when a target is created.

Tasks

In the Tasks report, you can find the total number of completed phases or tasks in the set date range. In this report, the system records the statistics of completed phases of a document, even if the document itself isn’t complete yet. This report looks at projects on the phase level. Phases are also referred to as tasks.

Spend

The Spend report features data sets about finalized billable phases. The system automatically fetches information when a phase is marked as invoiceable, even if the document is not yet completed. It provides insights about costs from a phase-level view.

The average of the data set for the Spend report also includes the project management (PM) fees, and translation and engineering costs.

Unlike the Total Spend chart on the Intelligence Home page which provides a detailed view of the organization’s actual spending over a specific time frame after the phases are billed, the downloadable Spend report focuses more on billable phases regardless if the document is completed.

Quality Feedback

The Quality Feedback report features data about the quality programs for translation projects. The system records the average quality score of all the phases in the set date range. It also provides specific details such as the completion rate for communities or linguists, the check-out duration of phases, and other related information.
