Categories
When the Reviewer marks errors from the Workbench using the Quality Program, they classify the error using the Categories and Error Types created here. Categories and Error types selected in the Category section will also auto-populate in the Scoring section configuration.
Configuring Categories and Error Types
If you created a program based off an industry standard, the categories and Error Types will populate automatically.
It is still possible to modify Categories and Error Types to suit your business needs.
- To add New Categories, select the
icon next to the Categories section title. Update the Category Name by clicking the generic title and editing.
- Drag and drop Error Types to the desired Category.
- Edit the name of the Error Type by selecting the
icon. - Remove Error Types by selecting the
icon.
- Edit the name of the Error Type by selecting the
Quickly move Error Types from one Category to another by dragging to the new Category.
To drag and drop more than one Error Type into a Category at once, Shift + mouse click will allow you to select multiple Error Types and once.
After setting up the Categories and Error Types section, proceed to Severities to continue configuration.
