Overview
The Approve All feature allows a linguist to approve all eligible segments at once quickly. You can approve all segments from the Workbench or within the TMS on the Documents tab or Task List.
Approve All Explanation
The "Approve All" feature only pulls translations from the phase immediately before the current phase and saves them. The Approve All action will NOT pull translations from any phase except the phase immediately before the current phase.
Workbench
Open the document in the workbench.
Open your menu.
Select Edit > Approve All Segments.
Click Approve All to confirm.
Optionally you may update TM and Auto-Apply tags. We do not recommend either of these options:
TM will be updated by fuzzy matches and machine translation, whether or not a linguist has reviewed them.
The system will apply all unapplied tags. Linguists should review tags and place them accurately.
Task List
Open the Task List and select all desired tasks or bulk select all tasks.
Select Approve All Segments.
A confirmation dialog will appear.
